Production process of sand washing production line
1. The mined ore material is evenly sent to the jaw crusher through the vibration feeder for rough crushing, and the roughly broken material is then sent to the cone crusher through the conveyor for fine crushing.
2. The finely broken materials are sent to the vibrating screen by the conveyor for screening. Materials that do not meet the feed particle size of the sand making machine are screened out and transported to the cone crushing in the previous step for crushing again to meet the feed particle size of the sand making machine. The materials with the grain size are sent to the sand making machine for further sand making and fine crushing.
3. The processed fine sand and gravel are transported to a vibrating screen by a conveyor for screening treatment. The sand that meets the particle size requirements of the finished product is sent to the sand washer for dust removal and cleaning. After cleaning, it is sent to the finished product storage bin by a conveyor belt, but the sand that does not meet the requirements are returned to the sand making machine by the conveyor belt for re-processing until the requirements are met.
